What a great experience. We were sure we would need an HVAC replacement, but the tech came out and diagnosed the problem (another AC company diagnosed and suggested replacing unit compressor, etc.). The tech was able to fix the problem and saved us over $19,000! PDQ Mechanical just extended the life of our Trane. We are so appreciative! The company is also very transparent about cost. Trane has them on their list of trusted providers as well with great ratings. Now we know why! Something told me we needed a second opinion, and I am glad I followed my instincts.

PDQ did a great job repairing our A/C unit. They had to order a replacement part. They made every effort to expedite the process. We were down over the weekend, but first thing Monday morning they were able to repair the unit and get us back going. Awesome service! They were able to quickly schedule us and the tech was extremely professional and thorough! He not only checked the AC unit but also informed us how our smart thermostat may actually be causing our AC problems and a way to test it if we have a reoccurrence of the AC cycling and shutting down. We have a large home with 5 separate air conditioning units and have used PDQ for years. We switched to them after many years with a different service, and after getting to know Jeff, Chase, and their entire team, I can tell you that PDQ not only delivers superior service, but their honesty and integrity is absolutely unmatched. They are more focused on keeping long-term clients happy than just selling people things they don’t need in the moment. In fact, I have two units that are over the age of 20 that are still working because of them! We are very happy with the work by PDQ. PDQ repaired my Trane AC which had a bad TXV. No refrigerant was required so the repair was very reasonable. They came out on a searing hot day and found the problem, ordered the part, and reverified the problem before replacing it a couple days later. The work took place at ground level and in the attic, very hot. Many thanks PDQ!
