I wish I could give higher than 5 stars. I had them look at my high-efficiency Trane AC system after it had been non-functioning for almost 3 weeks. I had 3 other techs from other companies look at it and were unable to fix it, they overcharged me, and never showed up in the committed time window. I found this company in desperation using AI search; they were top of the list of 5 recommendations given my prompts. They heard about my bad experience with other companies, fit me in late on the same day I called. PDQ AC tech Chase was timely, professional, extremely knowledgeable on high-end Tranes, identified the problem, ordered the replacement part, and stayed in continuous communication. The part was installed promptly, and AC up and working quickly. In discussions with Chase, I learned the company is family-owned and are truly trying to build a reputation on skill and professionalism, not seeing everything as an opportunity to upsell. I've used several AC companies over the 20+ years I've lived in the Valley. This is the best by far!

The Most Painless Installs I Have Ever Experienced Feb 19, 2026

PDQ Mechanical removed two 13-year-old Carrier heat pumps and installed new Trane units at my residence. Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive to my numerous email questions. Joe, Nick, and Tyler were on site for two days and conducted the most painless installs I have ever experienced. Everything flowed seamlessly, including shoving furnaces and coils into the attic ten feet above. And, for the first time, the new ground-mounted condensers are level. These guys work really well together and are very conscious about "mess management." Further, only one of the two attic accesses required cutting, and it was done such that the existing access cover still fits. I am told that PDQ will handle the Trane warranty registration for me. Literally, the only thing I did was write the check. Very satisfied. PS: One day after the install, I received the Trane Equipment Warranty documentation and PDQ's Labor Warranty documentation. Fantastic.
