The Most Painless Installs I Have Ever Experienced
PDQ Mechanical removed two 13-year-old Carrier heat pumps and installed new Trane units at my residence. Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive to my numerous email questions. Joe, Nick, and Tyler were on site for two days and conducted the most painless installs I have ever experienced. Everything flowed seamlessly, including shoving furnaces and coils into the attic ten feet above. And, for the first time, the new ground-mounted condensers are level. These guys work really well together and are very conscious about "mess management." Further, only one of the two attic accesses required cutting, and it was done such that the existing access cover still fits. I am told that PDQ will handle the Trane warranty registration for me. Literally, the only thing I did was write the check. Very satisfied.
PS: One day after the install, I received the Trane Equipment Warranty documentation and PDQ's Labor Warranty documentation. Fantastic.
