My considerations for rating a company that has serviced our home and us since this home was built in 2008. It begins with Jennifer the receptionist who coordinates ones request(s) and commits to ensuring what needs to be done is scheduled with the appropriate staff. Timeliness is important and we are given a reasonable time frame to complete the work to be done. Our technician, Chase, has been with us since we purchased the home. He is courteous, honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable of the mechanical business. This company will do what it takes to make one completely satisfied after the work is done. I recommend PDQ Mechanical and can honestly say if you do not use them it is you who is making a big mistake.

We have contacted PDQ twice for emergency service. We are happy to report that service was prompt, efficient, and minor repairs solved our problem. Because of the age of our home unit, we will soon need to replace our heat pump / air conditioner. We already know who we will call — PDQ.
